Felipe will talk to us about how is working in a company which is very data driven, his own experince within a culture which encourage a start-up mindset, the differences between an internship experience and a formal job (owning a project from day 1). The encouragement to innovate, to propose new ideas and quick implementation for data backed ideas problem solving.  Reduced use of PPT in our day-to-day work. The heavy use of documents/reports + data storytelling., which serve as both presentation materials, as well as documentation, speeding up understanding and information sharing; and how lark environment is great at facilitating this and linking every document within the ecosystem.
